LaShondria Hart

Our founder, LaShondria Hart, has over 11 years of customer service and human resource experience. During this time, she has gained a wealth of knowledge about resource and project management, human capital development, and day-to-day H.R. functions. Since college, it has been her passion to give back to the youth and encourage them to be their best against all odds. She has held positions such as summer camp counselor, where she would provide instruction and guidance for campers and assistant coach for youth softball. Teaching the children the importance of teamwork and leadership in those experiential learning environments left a lasting impression. That impression, coupled with her strong background in the sciences, helped pave the way for the organization’s creation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Southern University and A&M College.
